Telk is tough for a level 65. Fire AE damage of 500 max, a lot of AE dispells, and melee about 1600 per round. You are going to need to chain heal the main tank, use defensive disc, AND take care of the AE damage. So keep the HP and Fire Resist buffs on the bottom of your buff list, you really don't want to be taking 500 damage from AE on unbuffed HP. And bring some bards.

Its AE damage appears to be line of sight, and casters who hide behind the corner won't get dispelled and AE'd. They can pop out, shoot, and pop back.
