Blast of Poison WRONG!!!!!!

Great gonna get screwed cuz lucy is wrong, not the first time this happens. Also lists Tigir's as rolling vs magic when it add's disease counters. Which as anyone knows anything that add's counters rolls off that resist. I tested tigirs on live definitely was always disease, we use it on raids with shaman often dying to drop tigirs when mob was too high in mr.

I also used it in pvp vs melee's if it was mr it would have never landed. Not to mention it added a crapton of counters with I.decay making it impossible for someone to cure off with disease dots stacked.

F'ing Lucy 90% of my kills were from Poison Blast if it was 4.5 400 dmg thats 256 dmg pvp lol would never cast a spell that bad, and I never played past 2005. Wow was out by then and I started playing WoW the day it launched and never returned to EQ.
