Well, under "User CP", "Edit Options", make sure the time zone is set correctly. There are a few time zones that are not full hours away from GMT (Adelaide comes to mind), so that might be the problem.

EDIT: It's twelve minutes slow for me. I posted this at 2226 local time and it said 2214.
