Although JC capped at 200 originally, the recipes had different trivials. The current trivials are the adjusted level with the 250 cap. So rather than revamp all of JC, based on a 200 cap, then revamp again to a 250 cap, the current cap of 250 was decided as the easiest and least amount of work.
