This is quite accurate, people were given 2nd, 3rd and 4th chances in Nihilum and they accepted anyone/everyone to ensure raids could be fielded at any timezone.

The flip side of this though, is that if you put in the time, you get the gear, it was just a matter of waiting for your turn and the line for some of the drops (eg PD crown) was a very long line due to the "pyramid scheme" type dkp/RA system, which allowed players to 'reroll' or get 'banned' and come back on top.

I believe Qazzaz got his crown of rile at roughly 800 dkp, which is essentially 800 dragon kills.

No guild is without it's flaws. Azrael's is basically you need to be part of the circle jerk and actually nut hug, rather than just show up to raids. Hence Xylaw sucking up to Lite by using his characters at 6am dragon raids to pixelate their core.
