I blame us more than Niz for the permaban, people basically forced him to lead if he wanted to or not. EQ is one of those games where 3-4 people who know what they are doing can accomplish great things with 40 zerglings. It was pretty evident when we had to actually start fighting Azrael in VP (and running through the zone en masse) instead of people standing around at the entrance and getting COH'd. Was basically spend 30 seconds running to a spot, then 30 minutes gathering of the corpses of people who took a wrong turn or didn't manage their invs or carry invs pots.

I doubt half the people had even looked at a map.
