NPC Spawn Issue: Centaur Coursers and Chargers

Currently

There are two that spawn and roam around Hermit

There is one roamer that spawns west of Centaurs and travels North, then returns to spawn point. This is also the placeholder for the named Centaur that drops the ruined oak bow.

There are 4 or 6 spawn points currently in the village that will spawn chargers they also spawn other levels of centaurs too.

(I just leveled up a ranger here, spent quite a bit of time)
