I have a quick question to hyjack the thread. If I have a mob mezzed with mesmerize(4) and try to cast a higher level mez ie. Enthrall(16) or Entrance(34) it wont take hold. Supposed to be like that?

Yes, you can only overwrite mez with an equal duration or shorter duration mez.

Mesmerize overwrites everything, including mesmerization and mesmerization is the only spell that will overwrite mesmerize.
