He should have memorized their faces, made sure there was some built in surveilence (SP?) system, and then told the gaybashing construction workers that he was hardcore gay, wait to be beat up, call the cops, pick the guys out of the lineup, file the lawsuit, go through the court process, enjoy the riches an assbeating earned.
