If anyone is wondering, there is no exp loss when you die.

To deflag yourself just run through a pvp arena (Thanks Cucumbers), or speak with the Priest of Order in North Qeynos (guy in white robe wanders outside the gates)

Also go flag yourself, it's fun in the sun.

This appears to only work in freeport, and it is almost surely a bug, so I wouldn't recommend using the arena method as a deflag method lol
