Get on board with Duxa's installer, it'll make you a desktop icon to launch from etc [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Assuming you've set everything up properly, WinEQ is also pretty decent at managing your launch. Just set the profile up to launch EQ from where you've installed it and you're good to go.
