If Overlord Jibeknn decided to take a fungi from guildbank, which he didn't, I don't think anyone in the guild would have said anything beyond 'grats!'. He's earned at least that much for leading.

Jib had like 5X more DKP than anyone else in the guild. He for sure deserved a fungi tunic for all of that DKP he never spent if he took the extra one we had after gearing out the mains that were camping it......
