Don't think I petitioned you but it is confirmed from multiple sources many of which are other top leaderboard players that have caught ur character doing things that don't meet standard game mechanics.

But sapphia is spot on, who ever recorded nizzar on team speak has committed an actual felony and could be charged, lucky for them no one cares enough to pursue it.

PS same goes to the guys that recorded vyrenoth without his permission and put his recording up on the forum.

Let's not forget the 12 hour suspension (LOL) he got for deliberately training fear on nihilum. I don't think nihilum members got anything less than 3 weeks per incident.

If I formed a new guild and dominated again Derubael would find some excuse to break it up again. He has made that clear.

Not going to put tons of time into something with such a person in a position of power. Once Derubael leaves staff I might consider coming back and bringing my 30 friends back. Until then there are many other games to play.

It's not illegal to record someone over teamspeak. If anything, in some states you can't use it as evidence. I'd love to meet your lawyer.

It is a felony to record people across multiple states (and countries) for that reason. If you are all in the same state it is a different story, but you are committing a federal offence.

Time to open your law book again.

Oh and I'm pretty sure it was used as evidence in a dispute.

Nope some nihilum decided to not allow LnS and wanted to kill every person naked at least once and not even allow an exp Rez.. Nihilum just trying to strong arm people over the net and be total dicks about shit is why people have zero sympathy for them... Thanks again for taking action GMs you guys rock. The I'm better then you attitude nihilum held went on long enough. Holo is on the prowl for pvp but the server is still 100 times better.
