You could remove almost all petitionquest drama by removing the FFA spawns and just doing 50/50 Class R/Class C split.

Could remove most of the petitionquesting by perma-banning (not six month suspensions) trouble makers and disbanding guilds. After the first few casualties, people would get the message not to be d-bags.

Yeah the current "punishments" aren't punishment enough to deter people from attempting to rules lawyer.

There is no punishment or deterrent to petition-questing. You can only gain by playing petition-quest.
