Every time an item is "decided on", and I quote that VERY GENEROUSLY, Nizzar, Tune, Willan, and Vaporize move into an officer channel. Is that not having a say in loot distribution?

Any time there is a guild event, Nizzar is the one who organizes the ports, the mob priority, and runs the entire raid. Tune mumbles occasionally, but is too much of a meat head to form coherent sentences in a clear manner.

Nizzar ultimately decides who is invited to the guild. Arzak (Sundawg) is in charge of moving applications in and out of the public forum, but Nizzar says yes or no.

Nizzar has no position of leadership in Nihilum. He isn't the leader, he doesn't run the guild banks, he isn't in charge of recruitment, and he seldom even main tanks on raids.
