I came across the same issue last week while helping my uncle get it set up. If it was a "generic trojan" associated with the dll file that came packaged in the patch downloaded from this site, it's a false positive. That dll is an anti-cheat measure with certain technical elements that makes it look like malware to some antivirus software. Whitelist it and you'll be ok.
