Why is it that nobody cares when a black kills another black, regardless of age etc?

Is it just because the media wants to fuel racism?
Is it because when a white kills a black, it gives them a reason to riot?

Or is it a mix of both?

If say 10 black people are killed by whites every year, that means something like 1,000 blacks are killed by blacks in comparison every year.

Yes.

Except the media does report it. It's the people that have no reaction to it so the media isn't entirely to blame. Honestly the whole ST Louis thing didn't become anything greater than a footnote on the daily news until the looting started, then it became "Breaking news in Ferguson" every hour or so.
