Juntsie advise PLers to use third-party payment system to protect interests of both party. First, PLers jointly select reputable independent
third-party to hold fund in trust, such as bank of gud guild or alt of high level well-known player. Next, Powerlevelee tender payment to reputable independent third-party to hold in trust. Then, powerlevelor tender service as agreed. If service tendered as agreed, den reputable third-party dispense payment to powerlevelor's alt. If service not tendered, den reputable independent third-party not dispense, and hold until parties resolve dispute, or dere is ruling on issue. All parties protected. Juntsie advise powerlevelor to factor in nominal donation to reputable third-party in consideration for acting as trustee as part of PL rate.

Hello, I had hoped this wouldn't have been plastered around. Budley was acting very sketchy when discussing payment for the PL - a sign I usually take as someone who is itching to scam me - so I requested half payment up front.

My internet (fuck centurylink right in the ass) then proceeded to go out until about 20 minutes ago. Over 24 hours, but that is a different matter. (Seriously, fuck centurylink.)

I will attempt to contact Budley in-game and refund him immediately, without further service.

This is not the first time my internet has been shotty during a PL, but the first someone has gone around assuming I scammed them, and /shouted it to anyone who would listen. In the past, the PLee's have waited patiently for me to return, and the PL was finished (Krivin/Dudeman being one person this has happened to, and he can vouch for my honesty.)

In the future I will refuse service to anyone who acts the way Budley had, as it's a toxic situation for everyone involved.

I have the logs of our conversation if you'd like me to post them. I was near refusing you and even told you so, but you relented and paid the down payment. Had you not gone immediately to blare my name as a scammer, I would have doubled your payment in PL for the hassle.

Budley I probably didn't make myself clear enough in guild and I am sorry for that.

You by no reason should have immediately went to the forums to bring down this guys name like this. It's not fair that you did not get your powerlevel that you paid for but that is no reason to automatically assume that Recka scammed you. As I told you I had power leveled someone before and they LD on me but ended up paying a few days later. I did not even petition the guy at all either. I put him on my friend list and waited till the next time I saw him, and even if he wasn't going to pay me I would of let the GMs take care of it.

Also could you please change the title of this thread and original post as I asked. Mistakes were made on both ends, lets just man up and move forward.
