Yeah, because this is the first place new red players are going to look. If all they see is people screaming at each other over BS, it's going to turn them off to the server. The rules are pretty clearly laid out.

We have a place for that, it's called RnF, so don't act like you're being oppressed. We even let you post here, Salty.

While on topic of ooc is there any date or an idea when the intentional ooc change is going to be implemented? Where ooc was server wide in towns only, promote people to be in towns.

Because the forums show the worst possible side of Red - the loudest, angriest, most jaded people in the Project post here, but it's a relatively small percentage compared of the actual population.
