You should be in LOIO near the windmill. Once that becomes trivial you can move towards sarnak keep. I was even doing some red skeles along the southern wall around that level, I would not recommend that though, resists proved to be fatal. Don't be afraid to pull the goblin casters, fear first, send pet, and NUKE!
