So I live near St. Louis (white suburbs where we can judge at a distance).

They burned a QuickTrip down. It turns out the shooting was a ruse, this was one of those classic 'out of watermelon, fried chicken, cornbread, and kool-aid at the same time' situations. FEMA has been engaged to deliver emergency ethnic food staples which should quell the problem.
