I was banned by Amelinda for some comments 2 her in 2011.
Logged on a year later and asked Sirken to unban my accounts, he told me to be on my best behavior.
The first session I got into an OOC war with GYno talkin shit about his kids, Zade sent me a real douchebag comment and then proceded to suspend me for a week. I logged on another account and continued my conversation in OOC without using a bad words, but rubbing it in a lil that his ban did nothing to me, so he banned that account. I logged on a 3rd account and asked in OOC if anyone had any info on Zade so that I could dox him, turns out I was right and he was nilly scum the entire time.

Spammed the forums a lil somethin u kno how I do, then I disappeared for a few weeks or a month and when I came back Sirken had put a hit out on me even though he knew I hadn't "played" on this shitbox in well over a year. I'm still not sure why he was so angry, Zade was obviously scum like Amelinda. Everyone (hell maybe even Sirken) on staff is on the take or in cahoots. Only reason Ame$linda got booted was because it became public knowledge so they had to cut off the sweet candy creator before she ruined the golden goose.

Community needs to step up and work to improve itself, not put it all on the staff.

We've gone over this a bunch of times. It'd be pretty simple to clean up a lot of the bullshit that goes on around here, and we wouldn't have to issue a single ban. Guild leaders take responsibility for your members. When you see them stepping out of line, dock them DKP. If they do it again, suspend them from raiding for a month. Pretty easy, and I guarantee you the community would shape up quick. Most of the bullshit rhetoric stems from the guild feud that's been going on for years.

Instead, we have guild leaders ignoring legitimate claims during raid disputes by other guild leaders. Officers actively encouraging the bullshit that goes over these forums and in-game. Nobody from either side stepping in to say "enough is enough, it's time to care about the box more than ourselves."

We can only do so much before it's up to you. But I guess it's easier to blame the staff than try to improve the community together.

Server's problem is the people. So many dirty whistles and nobody wants to turn anybody in because there would be less pop, especially if that person is in your guild.

Whiteknight lol? How did you read this post and end up on the ass end of the point?

I was simply pointing out that is indeed quite possible for someone to be perma-banned here. Cast was simply the only person I know of that attained that status.

And I'm glad Cast chimed in and shared with us the reason he was perma-banned!

So now we know being disrespectful to staff= Perma-Ban.

But Train, Exploit, RMT multiple times, Strip accounts, have more guildmates banned under your watch than every other guild combined, and you'll be welcomed back!

I think anyone with a few working brain cells left got a clear picture of whats going on behind the scenes. Overall it was a very informative thread.
