Problem is a small pop EQ PVP server is about as "snowbally" as it comes. Once one team snowballs to an advantage it's GG. Playing after that point is like coming back 50 minutes from AFK into a league game @ level 1 with no items vs a team of level 18s with full build.

i'm sure more people would have faith in a project that recognizes a fatal flaw and wipes the server to fix said problem instead of just hard-headedly allowing the problem to continue while deflecting blame toward the rest of the community, who in reality have nothing at all to do with it

I'm kind of curious on what type of info did nizzar give you? Also in our conversations with Deru,Sirken, and myself I was told well before I gave out any information that I wasn't bad for the server and I was allowed to come back. The information I gave to you was info that my sentenced would be reduced which never happened, it also got Brobbs war banned instead of just taking Sektorzz epic away from him.

All and all I regret giving any information to the staff including anything I gave on nizzar because I was lied to.

Lied to you...? You were told you wouldn't be banned for revealing information about Nizzar and your RMT activities. And you weren't. You neglected to mention all of the other buying/selling you've done on this server, however, and that's what you ended up eating bans for. Had you been up-front about that in the beginning, your ass likely would have only taken a minor burn instead of being doused in gasoline and lit on fire.

It also didn't help your case that you ran around bragging about how you couldn't be banned for RMT so long as you didn't post about it. Ultimately that had little to do with the final decision, but it certainly didn't help.
