Funnily I'm not far off that setup [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Q is my auto-attack
1 BS
2 evade
3 hide
4 sneak
(then it gets sketchy)
8 swap slot
9 assist
0 sit [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

I'll have a play around... the worst thing is getting used to a new setup but you're right its probably for the best [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Just so you don't get things mixed up the wait list is for elected free medical care. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

I started to get some symptoms when I got really into tradeskilling for a few months. Swish, I don't know how far progressed your carpal tunnels are, but these exercises (along with a break from the computer for a week) helped me out tremendously. I don't have symptoms anymore.

Really good video.

If you can stop doing what it is that's specifically causing it, poor posture etc, and do execises regularly, it's possible to prevent full on carpal tunnel syndrome.

Is it possible that jousting on red makes you hit your auto attack key too much? I know it's an issue with bards. Consider getting a mouse with programmable hotkeys on the side. Those things will save your wrists.

Play bard, get carpal tunnel, learn kung fu to cure it

I'm pretty sure I started to get carpal tunnel a couple weeks ago. I slowed my EQ down a fucking ton for two or three weeks and feel a lot better. I may also have just inflamed a tendon lifting weights or something. We'll never know.

Every song I play is actually just me screaming the 1812 Overture in a raspy, shrieking falsetto.

Consider putting backstab on 2. Hitting 1 constantly is probably straining your hand.

1 auto attack
2 backstab (hit this when it pops dont spam it!)
3 evade (at off, hide, at on)
4 assist
5 hide
6 sneak
7 mrylo bp / bind wound
8 range attack
9 duelist
0 clicky swap slot
1-3 is exactly where i have all of those lol. Except 1 is assist!
My wrist feels fine btw Swish, after 4 years of rogueing

I felt some symptoms doing trade skills and factioning quests. I would suggest not spamming the bs button unless doing a raid mob.
