`the few copies I could find ran from $40.00 to $250.00!! Why so much?`

ever heard of the concept of economics? I know the way america is run, all that debt and such, its not a popular thing over there.

Well theres a principle called supply and demand. Which in a capitalist system determines the price of goods.
