Age has something to do with this as well. My left hand was killing me after playing my Bard for a couple of hours. That didn't happen 14 years ago.

Just like someone who plays the same two songs on an actual guitar their whole life would probably develop a similar issue! Feel the RL immersion wash over you (and ruin previously perform-able physical activities!)
