I got a reply and I was told that it's setup but it doesn't work. Anyone experience this? We followed the instructions to shut everything down and even waited overnight and it still don't work. We still get "the IP has a temporary block on it" message when we try to log on to the other accounts.

exemptions are done in batches, could take 4 weeks to get it or 1 day.

Hey Artah, having the same problem as well. Our petition was resolved but, its still not working. We tried logging out shutting down log one in after the other vice versa but, to no avail.. Hopefully we can get a fix!

I had an exemption for my wife to play with me, I ended up also later asking for my bro to be approved, they did eventually approve my brother but then my wifes exemption stopped working... has this ever happened to anyone else?
