You can still download torrents in the UK (at least you can on BT), I get no upload speed at all though for a lot of stuff :/
If you can keep a 1:1 ratio, PM me and I'll send you an "invitation" to a private site. You might have to donate to get some upload credit if you struggle to upload like me... but its worth it for a 3gb ISO I think [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
