Why did you add a microwave oven? If you rent or buy chances are high that you will already have a microwave in the apt/house. If you buy one now it might not fit or match in your new kitchen. Over the range mountable units are the way to go anyway.

Then your house will most likely have a microwave already mounted inside it when u buy it. If you are buying new the builders will make u purchase their shitty ones. You would probably have to pay extra to get your own installed. That one cant be mounted anyway.
