I would just go to CoM and group there to level 50. Bind there so you can port people back to where ever to make some plat, and there is some good weapon drops in there to sell in the tunnel, or give them away to the noobs and just go for it. Might not be the fastest but plenty of mobs in there and groups looking for a healer, which you can do at that level even without Mind Candy.
You can help people out there and they can hep you out there. Pretty much what this game ought to be about.
