you don't understand. the song is actually about pixels. first of all, smoking up like many playin EQ do. "everything that shine aint always gonna be golden" - see the fantasy characters? the asian girl at first appears like a DOLL, like a beautiful, unattainable thing that surfaces then fades back into the mist, you can't catch her. "i'll be fiine, once i get it.. ill be goo..ood? <doubt> I'll be fine, once i get it <crown of rile> i'll be goo..ood?" then later, you see her at a party, looking plain, he isn't interested and passes her by. then she's just hanging around in the backround, boring and bored.
