Our daughter has worked up a lvl 16 mage under my g/fs account and she's getting old enough to have her own account, so we've created one for her.

two questions, please:
how can we transfer her lvl 16 mage to her own account?
do we all need to re-apply for the IP exemption ban? (currently my gf and I have exemptions

No you can't get toons xfered to other accounts. If she is only level 16 might just want to make her her own account and remake the toon and PL her up. Level 16 doesn't take too long.

Pretty sure IP exempts go per account, so you'd only need to get a new one on the new account. As for character transfer I don't think they do that. But since you're only level 16 and I assume not geared they might hook you up. If not, you 3 rotate playin her char in EC and get buffed in tunnel to catch up. Would be 12+ it matter of hours

Buy about 2 bags of bone chips, that will get the char to 8-9 in Kaladim (asuming she's not playing something KoS there). Then orc belts / pads may be good for a few levels. Make sure you take some breaks to work up her skills.
