Go to Erillion, City of Bronze on Alaris. There's a tunnel to Shard's Landing in the upper corner. Shard's Landing is the 'hub zone' with portals to all the other zones. In order to use the portals you have to run to the zone manually first and 'attune' yourself to the portal:
(Each 'zone line' is a giant purple fear shard you have to click)
T1:
Eastern Wastes 2.0 zone = Velious Eastern Wastes
Crystal Caverns/Kael Drakkel are entered from within Eastern Wastes 2.0 and don't have portals to them
T2:
Breeding Grounds = Dragon Necropolis
Valley of King Xorbb = Gorge of King Xorbb
Chapterhouse of the Fallen = Commonlands (outside Befallen entrance)
Evantil, The Vile Oak = Beasts' Domain (VoA)
Grelleth's Palace = Resplendent Temple (VoA)
T3:
Chelsith Reborn = The Grey (The pool with the iksar skeletons surrounding it in the corner)
Plane of Shadow = Vex Thal (in the courtyard)
T4:
Heart of Fear = The GIANT fear shard in the middle of Shard's Landing
There's solo tasks and 1-2 group missions in every zone. Group missions require you to have finished the solo tasks, or have someone who has request them.
