From my experience levelling an iksar necro upto my mid 20's in Kunark and then moving to the Old World, I can tell you that if you want to use the EFP underground traders you will need:
a- a friend to trade for you, b- Call of Bones at level 34, or c- a mule that you can ground-transfer gems for spells with. I don't know what the situation with other necromancer guilds may be. | ||
