All he is claiming is that the Russian separatists have brand new equipment that the russian army is not selling. Meaning... Russia is supplying them with equipment.
I don't see anyone claiming a RPG took out a plane moving 450 miles per hour 6 miles above the surface of the earth... seeing as an rpg blows up after a few hundred meters regardless of striker actuating
