Can anyone explain the difference between these two Cons?

I noticed that I'm getting two different messages from when I Con green guards in Freeport.

Does the "..it's not certain though." mean it's actually light blue instead of green?
If so, what was the point of removing light blue?

Guessing one used to be L-blue, and other is a green con.

light blue con wasnt classic? and these different con messages gives u a hint if u will get exp from the mob?

It seems that way Joe. Removing l-blue was pointless since the originial con message is still in place.

I know after the "nerf" the light blue mobs still show up on tracking as a different color. Easy to tell.

on my track list there are no more light blues, but there are two shades of green (lighter and darker). the lighter green ones are the former light blues.

this happened on its own (i'm not using some special ui designed to circumvent the update or something) after the last patch. i am using vert ui...but uncertain if that is relevant.

already a bug report about the 2 shades of green on track. I'm sure they can change the con message aswell if they can fix the track bug.

Con messages are based on how green the mob is, basically. Level still plays a factor.
