Give Freez a break - just because his steak-eating habits are like that of a black person (similar to his cigarette-smoking habits) doesn't mean he's not living well!

It's obvious that steak is entirely too well done and under-seasoned.

Idk Jeremy, hard to take you seriously as well. I don't see the need to marinate one of the best cuts of steak for fat content and marble. A seasoning rub, if anything at all, imo. But then I don't buy my meat at Wal-Mart either. The only time I'd ever use an excess of a seasoning rub either would be for roasting prime.

I'm not advocating a bunch of crazy seasoning, but you should have something, even if it's just salt and pepper.

I'd recommend a marinade for any non-prime cut of meat, even filet. A little caesar dressing and some garlic and pepper can go a long way on a $7 steak.

Fair enough. I find Allegro marinade to be a great go-to for quick fixes. Add a little olive oil, your choice of red wine, allegro and freshly minced garlic.

lol look ******, this was a wednesday dinner. Its not like i eat steak once a month, i eat it 8 times a month. I didnt cook it either.


ps A1 is great on any steak, i eat my shit med rare, i still want the a1 cause its gr8.

Not like i smother it in every bite but ya, its nice flavor on my meat ya feels?
