You're too much of a feckless pussy to take matters into your own hands that you'd rather PvP was simply forbidden when any player is engaged with a mob.

The "play nice" policy is already at odds with the game's internal rules in every respect, yet here you propose an addendum to it that would fuel more squabbling, witch-hunting, and rule-lawyering than all its other clauses combined.
