I found no evidence of 40 Resist, but again recollection and rather irrelevant at this point in time since theres proof causing the above fix.

It's 40 in the kunark release spdat.

Circle of Summer occupies slot 4. Circle of Winter occupies slot 1.

So Circle of Summer + Resist Cold were allowed to stack. Was that way on Mac, is that way on live. I'll look for more evidence before patch in question.

Both Circle spells and all Resist spells have the resists in slot 1 in both Kunark and Velious spdats.
