Farming pearls is voluntary. He isn't the only one doing it. Personally, knowing I had no chance at a CoF farming pearls I would stop after I'm done gearing out my alts and shit in RF armor and let someone else take over. It isn't like he was the only person willing to do it.

It would be like me as a salaried employee working a ton of overtime when I've been told there is no bonus for doing it, then demanding a bonus for the time I put in.

one word, one person, willian. someone who doesnt even play got to dictate and measure my worth and cockblock me from getting them. and the leadership went along with it.

You guys lost a strong 12 hour a day player to someone who doesn't even play. i hope this wakes the leadership up. cause i might be the first to leave over this, but i certainly wont be the last if this isnt fixed

It was pretty discretionary. I don't make the choice on where loot goes, nor do I have any say in any of these things. Despite what people think the leadership of Nihilum is generally very flexible if people have legitimate complaints.

If it were up to me, I'd have given him a CoF. Keep in mind CoF isn't the only item off of RF worth farming pearls for, pretty sure their plate wearing characters are fully decked in RF armor.

WTF does Discretionary mean? Does this mean that it was at the discretion of the officers on the raid? Do you guys kinda make up the rules as you go?

That's the exact opposite of what I'm saying.

What you get from farming pearls in Nihilum:
1. First choice of loot (CoF excluded)
2. After 10 pearls you can get choose a CoF if it drops

People act like camping out a spare toon at the mob respawn and killing shit a couple times a day is a ton of effort or something.
