Merchants: Research spells on Qeynos merchants

The last post sums it up nicely:

"At level 24, there are literally spells you _cannot_ buy,
namely three of the four pet spells, plus everfount. This
trend will continue at each spell level above 24th. Cornucopia,
by the way, can be purchased from a couple different vendors
in Qeynos, not the ones that supply most of your spells, but
this is the only place that it can be found, reportedly, in fact
some sites continue to insist that it also is research only."
