That's why we have designated Class R targets for our players that want to enjoy the encounter itself and getting together with their friends to complete a challenge, rather than race to the target cut-throat style like class C.

But can it really work that way if the rotation isn't enforced? It would only take 3 guilds to lock it down and make it as cut-throat as class C and two guilds already express interest in doing this.

There are rules specific to class R that protect it from becoming like class C (lockouts).

Well except if 3 guilds decided to just say fuck the rotation they could effectively cut everyone else out and rotate.

Right, with 2 guilds wanting to FFA class R, only takes a third to monopolize the content and make the rotations disappear, except for the rotation for those three guilds? Do we save everyone the trouble and just form 3 super R guilds?

Also, there aren't three guilds who can do this in Class R.
