In every attempt to replicate this, you saw the character in the water directly below and then swimming. Lithiuum disappeared, and teeks immediately looked down and there was no one swimming like in your spoof videos.

Nizzar got the same punishment for selling RMT as other players who get punished for selling RMT. We thought about disbanding Nihilum, but as long as Nizzar stepped down from being guild leader felt it would be better for the server than the alternative.

Despite what the forums have led people to believe, Nizzar wasn't an RMT kingpin. He wasn't even very good at it. But he did break the rules and selling items for real life currency is punished far more seriously than buying.

Banned from Blue for RMT.. Banned again on Red. Still leads guild... didn't work.. That ruling regardless of it being right/wrong is impossible to enforce.

So instead we should disband Nihilum, have the core reform a new guild, and possibly have a large number of people (who have clean whistles) and are outside the Nihilum core quit?

Doesn't seem like a very smart or effective alternative. Nihilum got punished in other ways beyond their leader being character castrated and removed from power.
