Who said anything about "top tier"? Faster exp and higher levels does not automatically = raid gear. Shit I would be happy with level 49 on my chanter so I can enchant certain metals.

Also, if more casuals do get higher level, all that means is more high end PVP, more competition for raid mobs, more guild warfare/politics...which last time I checked was a GOOD thing on a PVP server.

Might as well not even go down the whole "Classic" path, because there is a ton about P99 which is NOT classic already.

Taking away the exp bonus, will hurt the server...FACT.
