Emu servers are corrupt.

Everyone goes through this phase of realization.

This is a pretty unpopular opinion, but I think characters that have a sole purpose of lower level / mid level pvp and have decent gear should stop messing with the casuals. It is hilarious but it does more harm than good. Should really focus on high level pvp if you consider yourself a skilled player.
So surprised to hear you say this. Agree 100%.

Sirken has been particularly busy, for example, and that's likely why he gave you a short response.

If he claims to have seen you training and harassing players, I trust that implicitly. He's usually very lenient about that, so it's likely he saw you doing it multiple times over the course of a longer time period. That being said, I'm sure if you politely asked for your account back in a month or two it would be reviewed.

Thank you for the feedback. Good luck, and make sure to follow the rules and respect other players if you play again.
