This is a pretty unpopular opinion, but I think characters that have a sole purpose of lower level / mid level pvp and have decent gear should stop messing with the casuals. It is hilarious but it does more harm than good. Should really focus on high level pvp if you consider yourself a skilled player.

I'm sorry to hear that you disagree with the ruling of our Lead GM. As to the time it took to get your response, we are all volunteers. We put in a lot of hours to help maintain this server and none of us will ever see a penny for our efforts. We do our best to respond when we can, but sometimes we are swamped. Sirken has been particularly busy, for example, and that's likely why he gave you a short response.
If he claims to have seen you training and harassing players, I trust that implicitly. He's usually very lenient about that, so it's likely he saw you doing it multiple times over the course of a longer time period. That being said, I'm sure if you politely asked for your account back in a month or two it would be reviewed.
