i havent read 90% of this thread but all i got to say is the reason the murder rate in chicago is so high is because there is a massive drug market with a bunch of poor young black males addicted to retail trying to be about that life and fighting over corners, bitches, robbery and sadly prob things like just lookin at a ***** wrong
These people are going to continue to live this way and buy guns REGARDLESS of any law... the reason poor people commit so many crimes is because they are living in the now they dont got time for that shit.
