The more difficult ones you listed are all 46+ and it seems pretty legit that you would have trouble with them.

Will review the resists a bit

Edit:

200 casts of root, 28 resists, under 15% resist rate at level 60 against a level 50ish mob, which is probably pretty in line with classic.

15 casts of force strike with only 1 resist
