As Sirken says, they ban the account not the person. The accounts being banned are punishment enough as he did in your case. Nizzar made a mistake and he paid the price just as you did. Now he is on a clean slate and as long as he stays clean he is allowed to play here just as you are Sektor.

I was told by Nihilum members that Nizzar himself said he is not allowed to lead Nihilum anymore. I don't think that's much of a clean slate.

You messaged people EVERYDAY trying to buy items and characters for real money. You were trying to buy gear/characters more than you were playing EQ.

Nizzar put a stop to that because it was out of control. He wasn't the only one that reported you though. You had over 10 people report you. I did not report you, even though you asked to buy something from me every single day. Because in the end I don't care that much about it.

You got greedy and thats why you got banned. Then you got your revenge even though your greed is why you were eventually banned.

Elderan, are you suggesting Sektors was the only person Nizzar RMT'd to, and that the scale he claims he only got 40$ for ( not true) was the only item he sold to him ? I am sorry man, but if it was public knowledge that I often purchased computer parts for my guild leader I'd stay low during these times.
