Had Taken not been trained by TMO we may have been in a better position to get the kill for ourselves, but that cannot be determined as I'm sure BDA was just as ready as we would have been. That said, it's still ultimately within the staff's hands. The generally accepted remedy for such things is withdrawal from the mob. If there's still a quantifiable damage that has yet to be remedied, then the trainer will be responsible for that. There's little precedent for suspending an entire guild based off the accidental train of a single person when the mob hasn't even spawned. I suspect that voluntary withdrawal is sufficient in the eyes of the staff.
