At level 5 you can clear the entrance to BB, once you cleared them run over and snag the 2 Rabid Wolves.. Then run back to the entrance to BB.. in the time it takes you to kill the wolves, the gnolls are usually back up. Once the gnolls are dead run over and check the wolves.. who are usually back up.. you get the idea.

Run back to qeynos when your encumbered and turn in the pelts, i would keep the fangs to turn in later.

That's what i did at 5 on my red enchanter.. Just ate the 50% exp loss and let the pet kill everything.
